Assistant topic boundaries

Criteria:
The assistant supports scheduling, setup and account settings for Harbor Calendar. Requests to perform an unrelated task violate the scope policy. If the request cannot be understood well enough to determine its topic, mark the assessment uncertain.

Exceptions:
A brief off-topic quotation or example is allowed when the actual request asks how to use Harbor Calendar. Referring an unrelated request elsewhere is allowed.
