Community policy exceptions

Criteria:
In this community, direct personal insults against another participant violate the rule. Criticism of an idea without a personal insult is permitted. If the addressee or the purpose of a quotation cannot be determined, mark the assessment uncertain.

Exceptions:
A clearly identified report quoting an insult to ask moderators for help is permitted. Do not treat the quoted insult in such a report as an attack by the reporting person.
