This caused him and other doctors I've had since to treat symptom after symptom by pulling out a prescription pad each time. All these problems are gone now except for a very slowly improving thyroid. I did it by eating eggs, meat and fat the way I used to but without the muffins or pastry and no fruit juice at all. I don't need to run more than a couple of miles a week now and I'm healthier than twenty years ago when I would run twenty miles a week. Cholesterol numbers don't matter, you can't improve them much.
