Mischievous kids would present 'medical notes' from physicians demonstrating some sort of cognitive impairment or anxiety during semester finals and be escorted into private rooms where they would be given extra time and privacy to complete an exam. And who knows what else they brought with them into those isolation chambers to exploit to their advantage. Just another way to game the system. Some play the race card, some gender card, some disability card; with few legitimate exceptions they're all just looking for an edge to cheat the system and society is becoming more and more accepting of this corrosive behaviour. Look no further than the Rt. Honorable Substitute Teaching PM's latest budget for evidence of the post-graduate manifestion of this phenomenon to see how powerful identity politics has become in our society. There is no protected class unworthy of his handouts provided the media are within earshot. | No flag | No flag | Allow | No action | Checked |

The main point of your event was to boost your ego and impress people you mostly don't know, and I am amused that she managed to turn the tables on you. " We were out for a white-tablecloth dinner at a fine restaurant in our neighbourhood. Part of our strategy to introduce them to the niceties of life, an opportunity to educate them in the proper manners and etiquette such occasions demanded. No other children were present and I smugly complimented myself on the loving family picture we presented." | No flag | No flag | Allow | No action | Checked |

It is pretty easy to look up and lock in one or 3 or even 20 discrete locations but to do so with every location is nuts even within Colorado alone where there are over 3000 taxing entities. Each of which can have their own rate own exemptions from what is taxed and change the rates whenever they want. This feeds the conspiracy theory that once a representative is elected they abandon their voters and only pay heed to monied lobbyists and the Washington power mindset. The health care issue is front and center with Hirono, using the extravagant health insurance that congressional members have granted themselves, while failing to solve the predatory health care crisis the rest of us suffer from. The Media is simply spreading propaganda to achieve the goals of the left wing of the country. Increased background checks are not the answer as it doesn't solve intent. The one thing statistics cannot answer is how many deaths have occurred because somebody couldn't get a gun. For example, gun control advocates love to say that there were X number of suicides by guns last year. We should remove those guns and those people would be alive. What it can't tell you is how many of those suicides would have happened by jumping off a bridge, or overdose or ??? The problem with suicide is it is the intent of the person to kill themselves. The gun is simply the tool used. The same holds true with mass shootings. Remove the guns, and now it is mass bombings because the intent to do harm is still there. Removing the guns fixes a symptom, not the problem. | No flag | No flag | Allow | No action | Checked |

This yearly tax is nothing more than a way to take someone's property from them cheaply. This way, no one would ever be in the situation you described, at least for your home. To think you can lose a half million dollar property that you paid for in full during your youthful years, for not being able to pay taxes on it once you retire and your income/health is drastically reduced is just plain wrong! We will never actually own our property as long as the government can take it for not being able to pay the taxes they set for it. | No flag | No flag | Allow | No action | Checked |

It galls me that conservatives said nothing for 8 years, yet they had to listen to the whining and crying since election day over how our country is without hope and "not my president" and every excuse to why they lost. I can say the same for Rachael Madcow and the rest of the "journalists" acting like toddlers that did not get their way. | No flag | No flag | Allow | No action | Checked |

How long a road was it, back to the feet of Jesus? The words of thanksgiving linked to two actions. The return journey, a walk filled with opportunity to ponder the gifts received without any merit of his own and second action, expressing humility by falling at the feet of Jesus. And so the wedding of thanksgiving and praise in word and in deed. I was confirmed on same day that St. John XXIII was elected. I later received his papal blessing and a small keepsake of his pontificate. Then, he chose St. Martin de Porres as the patron of Social Justice - his feast on my birthday. And this year, the film Hacksaw Ridge on Desmond Doss will be released the day after, Nov. 4. My heart rings praise and thanksgiving for such Signs of God's love. It is very likely that 16 to 20+ million people died. Neither Mexico or Canada had such wholesale genocide, but I some places in South America did. Funny how the death rate dropped sharply at the border. The genocide of indigenous people in the west was monstrous, and it went on for CENTURIES. Europeans Euro people like Americans and the British, French, Dutch, etc., have invaded and plundered the entire world for 500 years, except for China. Save it. I do not respect this country's history of genocide and land theft and slavery. If you can find any country in the world that has done the same to any European nation, please do share. | No flag | No flag | Allow | No action | Checked |

"KKR and other corporate raiders…I don't know the specifics, but we should consider that they weren't criminals and there was nothing to prosecute. "KKR and other corporate raiders" may well have been in Jim's own mutual fund package, or possibly mine, or maybe millions of Vanguard's low cost mutual funds owners. Sorry Jim, but most private investors only look at their return, millions have no idea, nor care, about specific holdings in their 401k. People are angry that the PERS investments didn't sustain unrealistic growth. And unless you have some numbers, I'd dare to say they didn't underperform the average private funds of the same size. If anything their size watered down returns to average. I have no question that public employee's character is no worse than the average of all workers. Collective bargaining is not a crime. And Motley, the Republican party was never banned from elections. Their failure to win elections and control legislation is their fault. | No flag | No flag | Allow | No action | Checked |

These men only love women while they are poor & oppressed. They have no desire to see women in any other role than begging from them while they support laws to oppress women in and out of our church. They tried to get planned parenthood's support for cancer testing for poor women unfunded. They only like rich, white, male, laity, much like the membership of our permanent deaconate today. There is no reason for any charity to be sexually exclusive & I have never come across a sexually exclusive group, male or female, that didn't use its exclusivity to speak badly of the opposite sex while no one was present from that group to defend their sex. Sexist groups are no more Christian than are racist groups. These groups always end up causing more harm than good because they have one-sided, half blind thinking. We should all keep in mind the K.K-K considered itself Christian. | No flag | No flag | Allow | No action | Checked |
