What we are discussing here is strictly a health issue not money, none of signed on to use the transfer stations to enhance county coffers. That's what the traffic courts are for. If the dump fees are not high enough then raise them. There are several other ways to cut garbage costs. One, get rid of top management, Springfield Schools did this as did EWEB just last week. Oh, and one other thing. Stop the overtime! Surprising as this might sound, staff does not have time to complete their assignments so they have to work overtime. Overtime?
