Jesuit Father Lonergan also taught about the primacy of Love and St. Paul taught that Love was the fulfillment of the Law in Romans. We need to refocus our energy and spirit on Love and Jesus. That means we are to care for others such as refugees, the poor, the sick, and the needy. We also need to learn how to experience God through a close loving relationship that includes contemplative prayer. That is an important part of a genuine faith IMHO.
